網站知識管理模式之研究以技職教育資訊傳播網為例

摘要

本研究應用知識管理的觀念，以技職教育資訊傳播網為例，從資料、資訊的分類與定義開始，先運用資料倉儲(data warehouse)與資料超市(data mart)的技術，將資訊上架、展示、下架儲存等網站資訊基本功能作整合，建置資料佇列(Queue)，以提昇擷取、搜尋與傳遞資訊之效率。為克服技職行政體系成員之網站知識運作障礙，加入支援輔助說明機制是有必要的，因此文中並規劃了網站導覽、游標定點顯示、線上說明（文字及簡報形式）等溝通運作機制。此外，文中並描述任務工作者(task worker)、資訊提供者(information provider)及知識工作者(knowledge worker)等三者在組織中扮演的角色，以利用網際網路之系統作為平台，達到組織共享知識之優勢，建立協同運作(collaborated works)的功能，以加速推展技職教育業務為目的。

This study applies the view of knowledge management to classify and define the data and information for the web site of Technological and Vocational Education (TVE). The study tries to develop the upload、demo、download and save functions with flexibility by means of data warehouse and data mart and build up the data cute to increase the efficiency of data mining、searching and delivering. To comply harmony with the administrative procedures from department of TVE of MOE (Ministry of Education) or departments of local education and TVE's schools, and to overcome the knowledge barriers, promoting the efficiency of administration for organization of TVE is necessary.
This paper also to describe the role about task、worker information provider and knowledge worker in the TVE organization. On Internet/Intranet, To reach the model of this paper will knowledge sharing, build up the functions to cooperate with partners, for a purpose that to spread technological and vocational education and to speed up the motion of business about TVE.
