With the change of social and economic environment and the rapid development of information technology, student guidance work is facing a gradually complicated burden. The topic of this research combines information technology and professional guidance. The research talks about practical guidance experience and guidance concept development model. Using strategy and technology of E-commerce, explorating and planning students' guidance work with the possible model and working cycle process of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and data mining. The research intends to combine ”students' new guidance system: teaching, training and guidance for one” performed by ministry of education to guide students and groups to set up an efficient students' guidance working model.
