This study tested the relationship between practical experience and work aspiration. Multiple groups of data collected from 408 students were analyzed by structural equation modeling and invariance analysis. The results indicated that higher message support of child care students increased practical experience positively. Hardiness personality and practical experience also enhanced work aspiration positively. As to those students with different affectionate to their practice experience, their experience influenced their work aspiration discrepantly. Theoretical and practical implications are both discussed in this research.
