幼保系科學生實習經驗及未來工作意願之關係探究

The Relationship between Practical Experience and Future Work Aspiration among Child Care Students

摘要


本研究主要從個人及社會二方面探討幼保系科學生實習經驗及未來工作意願之相關因素。抽樣方法採叢集取樣抽取四所技專院校共408名幼保系科學生,經堅毅性格量表、社會支持量表、實習經驗調查表及工作意願量表等研究工具之施測,並以結構方程模式及多重樣本分析進行研究模式之評估。研究結果顯示幼保系科學生透過訊息支持有助於實習經驗之獲取,堅毅性格及實習經驗亦有助於學生未來投入幼保工作,不過對實習經驗存在不同情感之學生,將會影響其後之工作意願。本研究結果對於如何提升學生未來從事幼保相關產業將有其助益。

This study tested the relationship between practical experience and work aspiration. Multiple groups of data collected from 408 students were analyzed by structural equation modeling and invariance analysis. The results indicated that higher message support of child care students increased practical experience positively. Hardiness personality and practical experience also enhanced work aspiration positively. As to those students with different affectionate to their practice experience, their experience influenced their work aspiration discrepantly. Theoretical and practical implications are both discussed in this research.
