運用模糊層級分析法於安寧團隊壓力源之探討

Applying Fuzzy AHP Method to Explore the Sources of Work Stress for Hospice Medical Team Members

摘要


本研究旨在運用模糊層級分析法探討安寧病房團隊的壓力源,經由兩兩比對方式找出最主要的壓力源項目,協助管理者作爲改善壓力源的優先順序,進而使醫療品質提升。本研究執行專家問卷,自2008年9月至2008年12月間,以高雄地區三家醫院的安寧團隊人員爲研究對象進行問卷發放,其問卷內容合計24個項目,有效樣本爲10份。研究結果顯示,安寧團隊壓力源主要來自於照顧壓力與人際關係這兩個構面,經由權重排序後發現,主要前五項壓力源項目依序爲:覺得病人是依賴我的、同事間關係疏離沒有凝聚力、覺得病人期待被治癒、同事間難相處、與期待能滿足病人的要求。

The purpose of this study is to examine the main sources of work stress for hospice medical team members by utilizing a questionnaire designed based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. The 10 participants were recruited from hospice nursing members who have been working at 3 different hospitals in Kaohsiung, from September to December 2008. After prioritizing the sources of work stress for a variety of dimensions, this study proposes top five most emphasized including: feeling a patient is always dependent upon them, the team has no cohesiveness, feeling a patient expects to be cured, difficulty in working with a particular member (or members) on the unit, and feeling inadequately prepared to satisfy the needs of a patient.
