摘要


混凝土試件在溫度爲0-60℃和相對濕度爲30-50%的迴圈變化環境中養護後,進行了力學性能試驗和顯微硬度、XRD、SEM測試。與標準養護條件下獲得的混凝土材料相比,經溫-濕迴圈的混凝土早期強度略高,但3d之後強度開始低於標準養護混凝土的強度,且兩者差距逐漸加大。微觀結構分析表明,低相對濕度且溫-濕交替環境下的混凝土水化程度較低,介面過渡區厚度較寬,影響了混凝土的宏觀性能。

Concrete specimens were cured in the cycling surroundings of 0-60℃ of temperature and 30-50% of RH. The mechanical properties, microhardness, XRD and SEM were tested on the concrete. Compared to samples that cured in standard condition, the early strength of the specimens cured with cycling temperature-humidity surroundings was slightly higher, but it became lower than the latter 3 days after. Moreover, the difference was gradually increased with time. The results of XRD and SEM show that a low relative humidity and fluctuant temperature-humidity surrounding can cause a low degree of hydration, the wider ITZ thickness, and affect the mechanical properties of concrete.
