綠色品質機能展開之探討-以雷射印表機為例

A Study of Green Quality Function Deployment-An Example of Laser Printe

摘要


為滿足現代人生活的方便性,資訊產品不斷的推陳出新。然推陳出新的結果,使產品的生命週期縮短了很多,造成了許多的廢棄物,更有部分的廠商因為貪圖方便、原料便宜、成本考量等因素而忽視了環保,使生態與環境遭到嚴重的破壞,因此各國這幾年紛紛開始重視綠色環保。本研究以綠色品質機能展開(GQFD)為主,採顧客問卷與專家問卷方式進行,研究雷射印表機顧客品質要求的滿意排序,實驗結果中發現顧客最重視為故障率低與耗電量低。而在整體工程特徵上最重視的前三項為材料供應類的碳粉匣、感光體和刮刀,顯示整台印表機中,大家所最重視的為碳粉匣整體的好壞,也顯示出碳粉匣在雷射印表機中佔有相當大的地位。

In order to meet the convenience of modern life, new information technology (IT) products must be constantly introduced. However, it naturally results in the shortening of products' life cycle, as well as causes a lot of waste. Some manufacturers are in the sake of their convenience, cheaper raw materials, cost considerations, and other factors, while ignoring environmental protection. The ecology and the environment has been seriously damaged, so many countries have begun to pay attention to green environmental protection during recent years.In this study, Green Quality Function Deployment (GQFD) mainly be explored. Customer questionnaire survey was used to conduct with experts. Researching customers' satisfaction in laser printer with the quality requirements in the ranking results, we found customer asking the highest importance for low failure rate and low power consumption. In the overall importance foe engineering characteristics, the first three items are shown as materials, toner, photosensitive body and the scraper. It shows that customers mostly concern about the overall quality of toner in a printer. The result also shows that a toner exists a significant importance in a laser printer.
