台灣綠色旅館評估系統之研究

摘要

觀光產業的蓬勃發展帶動旅館數量的增加，而「綠色旅館」成為旅館業邁向永續經營的重要模式。為改善旅館高耗能、高耗資源，並降低營運過程中所造成環境負面衝擊為目標，先進國家紛紛提出相關的評估系統以檢核旅館「綠度」，並提供旅館業改善方向與實踐方法。本研究歸納國內外相關評估系統，整合建築規劃、能源系統、水資源系統、綠色採購與環境管理等評估面向，並考量實務操作可行性訂定標準，依實行成效量化結果評分，以建立「台灣綠色旅館評估系統」。透過整合國內現有相關標準，並與國際評估標準接軌，希冀本系統得以應用於新建旅館之設計以及既有旅館之改善。

The booming tourist industries in Taiwan bring out the urgent needs of hotels, and make ”Green Hotel” as the leading sustainable business model. To improve the high consumption of energy and resources, and reduce negative environmental impact in the operating process, this research tries to provide directions and practice techniques for improvement of the hotel industry.This study collected and analyzed the evaluation items, contents, assessment and reference of the related national and international rating systems to serve as the reference for establishing the ”Green Hotel rating system” in Taiwan. Through integrating the evaluation the performance on building design, energy system, water system, green purchasing and environmental management, hotels are expected to use natural resource as efficiently as possible to provide adequate service while reducing the negative environmental impact.
