To elevate the quality of math teachers by means of teacher education is a popular topic. The purpose of this study is to propose a constructive process from the stand point of knowledge management. We will speculate three things. First, how do we promote professional knowledge? Second, how do we manage the professional knowledge effectively? Third, how do we apply professional knowledge efficiently? Finally, our focus is on the comparison of traditional teacher education with the application of the knowledge management for a discussion.
