應用知識管理於九年一貫課程改革-以國中數學領域師資培育為例

摘要


在國中數學教師培育多元化的今日,國中學數學教師的專業成長,不再只是傳統的師範院校,或各大學師資培育中心的責任。雖然師資培育的多元與開放成為一項促成教育生態進化的機制。但是如何藉著數學師資培育的過程提昇師資素質,則是目前師資培育的極待思考研究的課題。本研究即試著從知識管理的角度,針對九年一貫課程的數學教師,如何提升其專業知識,如何有效管理專業知識,如何有效應用專業知識,提出一整體建構流程。最後並以傳統國中數學師資培育與我們所提出之應用知識管理培育方法做一比較探討。

並列摘要


To elevate the quality of math teachers by means of teacher education is a popular topic. The purpose of this study is to propose a constructive process from the stand point of knowledge management. We will speculate three things. First, how do we promote professional knowledge? Second, how do we manage the professional knowledge effectively? Third, how do we apply professional knowledge efficiently? Finally, our focus is on the comparison of traditional teacher education with the application of the knowledge management for a discussion.
