The research for cultural tourism on the rise of hands-on experience value through DIY is to explore the theoretical positioning of this phenomenon as a new consumer patterns. Industrial Development Bureau enacted" Factory Work with Tourism Service Operation Directions" in 2003 to drive secondary industry restructuring to tertiary industry and add DIY in evaluation columns. So take tourism factories as examples, the research has employed experience value theories and the method of interview to investigate the demand of group and individual tourists. As a comprehensive analysis of views in consumer culture and tourism, the purpose of the research is to explore the consumer patterns of DIY, and respond to the current issue of cultural tourism. The results showed that individual tourists are more able to pursue authenticity in back regions, group tourists tend to do symbolic catching. DIY finally appeals to joy, which is brought by intensive interaction through the navigation, and then the value of the new patterns of consumption can display effectively.
