國民小學教師休閒滿意與工作滿意之因果關係順序研究

Exploring the Causal Relationship between Leisure Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction on Elementary School Teachers

摘要

本研究目的旨在探討國民小學教師休閒滿意與工作滿意之因果關係順序。本研究設計為量化研究，以高雄縣國民小學教師為研究對象，透過「國小教師休閒滿意與工作滿意關係問卷」進行調查，問卷調查採配額抽樣方式，總計發放511份，獲得有效問卷458份，有效回收率達83.27%。研究結果發現工作滿意對休閒滿意的預測力高於休閒滿意對工作滿意的預測力。因此本研究建議在進行該研究領域之研究構念設計時，應將工作滿意設定在休閒滿意之前，其內涵代表國小教師的休閒滿意受到工作滿意的影響。本研究藉由研究結果提出具體建議，提供貢獻，並補充相關研究之不足。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction on elementary school teachers. This is a quantitative study which focuses on Kaohsiung County elementary school teachers. 511 questionnaires in total were distributed. 458 questionnaires (83.27%) were valid. This result revealed that there is a positive relationship between leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is an antencedence of leisure satisfaction which it means that Job satisfaction affected leisure satisfaction. Implications and future directions of research are provided.
