公營遊憩區遊客付費支持之影響因素研究－以茂林國家風景區賽嘉樂園為例

摘要

有關公營遊憩區收取使用費向來是備受爭議的議題，為了探討遊客對於收取使用費的反應，本研究目的在探討付費支持之影響因素，包括：付費態度、場所認同、場所依賴、年齡、收入、居住地、過去付費經驗。研究針對18歲以上之遊客為對象，於茂林國家風景區下轄賽嘉樂園進行現地調查，並以「間隔抽樣」(next-to-pass)方法選定受訪者。所蒐集之資料以SPSS14.0進行描述性分析與迴歸分析，研究結果發現，付費態度與場所依賴是顯著的預測變項，最後，依據研究結果提出管理及後續研究建議。

Fees for recreation on public land have been a controversial issue in the field of outdoor recreation. In order to explore users' response to user fees, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of seven independent variables (attitudes toward user fees, place identity, place dependence, age, income, residence and past experience) on fee support. Data were collected at Sai-Jia recreation area in Maolin National Scenic Area by next-to-pass sampling method on-site, aiming at visitors aged 18 above as research participants. Data were analyzed by SPSS14.0 for descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results revealed that among all the variables, ”attitudes toward user fees” and ”place dependence” are significant predictors to visitors' fee support. Managerial implications as well as suggestion for future researches were also discussed.
