高能游離輻射廢水處理技術

Application of the Electron Beam Technology to Industrial Wastewater Treatment

摘要


利用高能游離輻射之電子加速器結合汙水處理系統,來做一系列電子射束工業汚廢水淨化處理系統。運用電子射束其穿透深度淺的特性,打造出薄層水流系統,在照射端的出水口要控制其水流速度、出水容量及水層厚度來處理不同物性及化性的汙廢水。在汙廢水溶液中的水分子受到高能電子束輻照後,產生大量活性反應較高的物質,這些高活性反應的物質與溶液中的有機污染物經由化學鏈接,從而達到去除污染物之目的。採用電子加速器連續輻照廢水,能夠實現達標排放,使處理費用降低。可加快廢水處理速度進而增加產量,也可減少環境汙染及減少化學藥劑運用,未來可朝著淨水廠或其他產業做推廣應用。

This invention is an electron beam industrial wastewater treatment system combining an irradiation electron accelerator and a wastewater treatment system. The idea is to use the characteristic of shallow penetration of electron beams to build a thin layer water flow system and control the water flow rate, water output, and water layer thickness at the exposure end in order to treat wastewater of different physical and chemical properties. After the high energy electron beam exposure, the H2O in the wastewater solution would produce a huge amount of high activity substances, which would react with the organic pollutants in the solution to remove the pollutants. The electron accelerator is used for continuous exposure of wastewater. The purpose of meeting the discharge standard can be served with lower treatment costs. The speed of treating wastewater is higher, with less environmental pollution and use of chemical agents. In the future, this invention can be used in water treatment plants or other industries.
