本研究的目的係以簡便可行的跳遠專項體能,包括立定跳遠、垂直跳、立定三級跳立定雙腳三級跳、5步助跑單腳三級跳及30公尺衝刺等項目,探討優秀跳遠選手專項體能與運動表現之相關以大專甲組男子跳遠選手10名為研究對象,其平均年齡為22.1±1歲、身高為178.7±2.5公分、體重為71.6±2公斤、訓練年齡為8.1±2.5歲、跳遠成績為6.79±0.35公尺。所測得之專項體能數據,利用SPSS10.0套裝軟體之Pearson相關分析其與運動表現之關係,並以逐步迴歸分析專項體能與成績表現的預測公式,結果發現立定三級跳遠與運動表現r=.81、30公尺衝刺與運動表現r=.80、立定跳遠與運動表現r=.79、立定雙腳三次跳與運動表現r=.73、5步助跑單腳三級跳與運動表現r=.66、垂直跳與運動表現r=.64、運動表現之預測公式為Y=0.24(立定三級跳遠)+1.04(立定跳遠)+0.96,R2=0.79,SE=0.51。本研究結果顯示立定三級跳遠與立定跳遠是跳遠成績有效的預測變項。
Purpose: The purpose of this investigation was to explore the relationship between special long jump physical ability and long jump performance. Method: Ten male college level I long jumpers participated in this study. Their average (mean ± SD) age, height, weight, training background and performance were 22.1±1.5yr, 178.7±2.5cm, 71.6±2kg, 8.1±2.5y, 6.79±0.35m respectively. Ten subjects performed six special ability tests including standing long jump, vertical jump, standing triple jump, standing double-legged triple jump, 5 steps approach run single feet triple jump and 30m sprinting. All statistical analyses were conducted by using the SPSS statistical package (SPSS, version 10.0). Result: The result revealed significant relationship between special long jump physical ability and long jump performance. These Correlation coefficients of standing triple jump, 30m sprinting, standing long jump, standing double-legged triple jump, 5 steps run-up single feet triple jump, vertical jump and long jump performance were r=.814, r=.796, r=.786, r=.733, r=.658, r=.638 respectively. The formula to predict long jump performance obtained in this study was Y=0.24(standing triple jump) +1.04(standing long jump)+0.96, R2= 0.79 , SE=0.51. Conclusion: These results indicated that standing triple jump and standing long jump were effective predictors for long jump performance.
