人口老化為世界各國的趨勢,也為全球的普世現象,在這全球灰色之浪潮中,台灣也已邁入高齡。由於國人平均壽命延長、伴隨生育率下降、老化指數速度相對加快,因而造成社會環境結構之改變;如何使老化成為人生正面的經驗,讓高齡者具有持續健康、社會參與及安全的生活,以提高生活品質,促進健康老化,社會,此為當前面臨的課題;高齡者參與學習正為當務之急,亦是成功老化的重要因素。綜合學者研究,本文對高齡學習提出二個建議:(一)學習服務多元化、(二)課程內容多樣化,希以提高高齡者學習的參與度;並期提供高齡者學習之相關單位,能夠了解高齡者參與學習與身心健康之關係,並妥善規劃安排學習內容,以協助高齡者增進學習興趣與機動,進而協助高齡者朝向成功老化目標之邁進。
Population aging is a trend in all countries in the world, and it is also a global phenomenon. In this global gray wave, Taiwan has also entered an advanced age. As the average life expectancy of Taiwanese people has increased, the fertility rate has decreased, and the aging index has been relatively accelerated, it has caused changes in the structure of the social environment; how to make aging a positive experience in life, so that the elderly can have continuous health, social participation and a safe life, so as to improve the quality of life and promote healthy aging. This is the current issue; participation in learning for the elderly is an urgent matter and is also a success an important factor of aging. Based on the review of literature, this article puts forward two suggestions for advanced learning: (1) Diversification of learning services, (2) Diversification of curriculum content, hoping to increase the participation of elderly people in learning; and provide relevant units for the learning of elderly people. Understand the relationship between the participation of seniors in learning and physical and mental health, and properly plan and arrange learning content to help seniors increase their interest and mobility in learning, and then help seniors to move towards the goal of successful aging.
