摘要


危機的善後與復原乃是組織在危機爆發後以及後危機時期(post crisis period)對於危機所造成的衝擊所採取的相關補救措施,以利組織在遭逢危機後能繼續生存與運作。而後危機時期階段的處理重點在於力求情勢恢復到危機發生前的階段,減少危機造成的傷害。另一方面對於危機處理過程的缺失,亦應加以檢討,對問題的發生應有客觀深入的調查與了解,並將此經驗納入整體危機管理的範疇,以強化未來危機管理的能力與機制。

The aftermath and Recovery of the crisis are supplement steps to the organization after the crisis outbreak and the post-crisis period (post crisis period). Then the organization can continue to survive and operate. The main goals of the Post Crisis period are focus on the situation and strive to return to the pre-crisis stage to reduce the harm caused by the crisis. On the other hand the shortcoming of crisis management process should be reviewed; the incidence of the problem should be objectively in-depth investigation and understanding. Also bring in this experience into the overall scope of crisis management, to strengthen the capacity and future crisis management mechanism.
