摘要

籃球運動是目前全世界最受歡迎且是最大的運動家族之一，由於選手的體能及心理素質不斷提升，教練戰術的運用日益複雜，使得比賽的競爭日趨激烈。為了讓比賽的節奏能夠流暢的進行，比賽中擔任執法工作的裁判員除了必須具備基本體能、熟悉比賽規則之外，根據筆者的經驗仍須具備下列要素，方能達成籃球裁判員的使命：1.誠實公正，保持中立。2.重視比賽，尊重球隊。3.準時到場，提早暖身。4.體能良好，精神集中。5.情緒穩定，不受干擾。6.哨音明確，降低誤判。7.眼觀四面，掌握全場。8.耳聽八方，過濾雜音。9.適時溝通，相互信任。10.肯定自己，相信夥伴。11.執行規則，建立尺度。12.態度堅定，從容處理。13.建立風格，展現強勢。14.接受壓力，保持冷靜。15.自我評量，學習改進。

Nowadays basketball is one of the most popular and largest sport families in the world. Elevated the athletes' fitness and psychological level, increased the complex of the coaches' strategy that make the competition more exciting. According to the author's experience and for the reason of flow the competitive rhythm and reach the mission of a basketball competition, basketball empires should have the basic physical capability and familiar the rules, and follow the below factors: 1.Justy and independent. 2. Respect competition and teams. 3. On time and warming. 4. Good physical capacity and attention focus. 5. Steady mood and don't be disturbance. 6. Judge clearly and reduce mistake. 7. Watching and hold the game. 8. Hearing and filter the interference. 9. Communication and trust each other. 10. Trust yourself and trust your partner. 11. Execute the rule and built the scale. 12. Steady altitude and manage in composed. 13 Build self style and show the power. 14. Accept stress and calm down. 15. Self evaluation and learning.
