TRIZ創新設計運用在衣架之改良

Applying TRIZ to Innovate Hanger Design Improvements

摘要


本研究主要是以平常大眾都會使用到的衣架做創新改良,目的是滿足大眾對物品的使用越來越重視其好用、有用和希望擁有的渴望。首先針對衣架進行專利檢索,再對專利進行分析找出可發展的方向,之後利用創意問題解決理論(theory for solving inventive problems, TRIZ)來對衣架做問題分析,用TRIZ法的矛盾矩陣中的39工程參數和40項發明找出衣架可以改善的功能,再利用分析出來的改善屬性去做衣架的創新設計改良,加入通用設計的七大原則評估衣架之使用,使設計的產品在創新執行上能符合所要達到的要求。最後使用SolidWorks分析產品製造可行性,並且做一個簡易衣架雛型被用來檢驗通用設計的實踐度。

This study primarily focuses on developing innovative improvements to garment hangers, which are commonly used in daily life. This study aims to fulfill the demands that users have regarding the product's functionality, namely ease of use, beneficial applications, and a pleasing aesthetic, to inspire users to purchase the product. First, a patent search on garment hangers is conducted, and patent analysis is subsequently used to determine the development direction. Additionally, a TRIZ (theory for solving inventive problems) contradiction matrix and 40 inventive principles are implemented to improve the functionality of hangers. The universal design principles are considered during the hanger innovation, and SolidWorks is used to analyze the feasibility of manufacturing the product. Finally, a prototype is constructed to validate the application of universal design principles.
