日本游泳教學法的比較與分析

A Comparison and Analysis of Japanese Swimming Pedagogy

摘要


基於臺灣大多數消費者並不重視有系統的學習,僅會一味要求教學進度,而抹煞了許多真正有心投入游泳教學的人士之動力。本研究探討如何在相同的花費與時間下,讓學員及家長長期在這個系統下習泳。並以個案分析方式,旨在探討日式精緻游泳教學法之實質涵養,其分析對象為日本伊藤萬游泳學校集團特殊的教學系統,以技術創新整合模式來進行個案分析日本伊藤萬游泳學校集團為了提升下一代的體能,因此以一系列之教學模式透過游泳來激發小朋友的潛能,並在此研究報告上將可瞭解到此系統之硬體設備之建置方式、教學系統之方式、行政作業、教練本身技能之涵養、危機處理能力的介紹,最後根據研究者以往習泳方式及教學經驗,來探討其特殊差異。

Motivation of many people who have the intent of plunging into swimming teachings is obliterated just because most consumers in Taiwan invariably request instructional progress and not lay stress on methodological learning. This study is to explore how trainees and their parents, based upon the identical cost and time, can learn swimming in a long-term base under such a methodology. The purpose of this study is, by the research on individual cases, to explore substantial cultivation of the exquisite Japanese swimming pedagogy, and the researching object is the special teaching methodology implemented by the "Itoman Swimming School" in Japan while the research is conducted by an integrated mode of technical innovation. To enhance physical ability of the next generation, the Group of the "Itoman Swimming School" in Japan uses a series of teaching method to inspire children's potential through swimming. In this research report, we will introduce the establishing method of methodology-hardware equipment, the teaching system, the administrative operation, the cultivation of instructors' technique, and the capability of handling crisis, together with our past swimming learning and teaching experiences in order to explore the particular discrepancy therein.
