摘要

本研究目的在探討龍舟運動對乳癌術後患者的影響，在國外已有多篇文獻證實乳癌術後患者參與龍舟運動可產生許多正向的影響，然而國內卻鮮少針對此一議題做進一步的探討。2010年始由醫療與學術團體成立臺灣第一支由乳癌術後患者所組成的龍舟隊，筆者在擔任乳癌龍舟隊指導教練期間，看見患者們參與龍舟運動後，其生命體驗的變化，並歸結出以下結論：龍舟運動的團體動力特性，讓參與者產生同甘共苦的情誼，提供相互支持的力量；龍舟運動幫助乳癌術後患者重新擁抱生命，提高生活的品質，使其能重回健康的人生。期望透過本研究的發現，讓社會大眾知道，龍舟運動可以提供乳癌患者術後生活的新選擇，並引領她們邁向全新的人生，同時亦期待有更多的乳癌病友團體投入該項運動，藉此能為乳癌術後患者開創一條新的人生康莊大道。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of dragon boating on postoperative patients with breast cancer. Evidences had showed that, in foreign literatures, postoperative patients with breast cancer who participate in dragon boat could have many positive effects. However, in Taiwan, discussions on this topic are rare until the beginning of 2010 while Taiwan's first breast cancer dragon boat team was set up by both medical and academic teams. Being coaches of this breast cancer dragon boat team, the authors of this paper observed the change of life experiences of these patients, and it could be induced into the following themes: 1. The dynamic characteristics of dragon boat racing team, allowing participants to produce thick and thin of friendship, and mutual support force. 2. It also provided mutual support so that the postoperative patients with breast cancer could re-embrace life, greatly enhancing their quality of life and go back to a healthy life. Through the findings of this study, we hope the public can recognize that dragon boating offer a new choice of living after breast cancer, and lead them towards a new life. We look forward to more groups of breast cancer patients participating into dragon boating activities with which they will create a new way of living with breast cancer together.
