聽覺刺激對射擊選手與一般人平衡能力之影響

Effect of Sound Stimulation on Balance Ability of Shooter

摘要


目的:本研究探討女性射擊選手與一般人於聽覺刺激於平衡之差異。方法:以6位女性射擊選手與6位一般人作為參與者,進行開眼單腳(open eyes single, OS)與開眼單腳接收蜂鳴器聲音刺激(Sound open eyes single, SOS)站立於測力板上方進行平衡測驗,身體壓力中心(center of pressure, COP)測驗,並比較前後晃動 (X) 與左右晃動(Y) 於各時序(10s、20s、30s 與Total)上軌跡晃動距離差異。統計方法以共變數分析(analysis of covariance; ANCOVA)比較兩組於不同時序上差異,本研究顯著水準假設α=.05。 結果:本研究中發現射擊選手於X10、X20、X total 與XY10 中達顯著差異。結論:經研究結果顯示,女性射擊選手於接收聲音刺激上進行平衡測驗優於一般女性。未來希望透過不同的刺激找出訓練方式。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was aimed to investigate the difference in the sound stimulation intervention of balance ability between female's shooters and general peoples. Methods: Six female's shooter and six general people were recruited in this study. Subjects performed single leg stance with open eyes single leg stand (OS) and sound interference open eyes single leg stand (SOS) on the force plate. Compare the 30s COP were for anterior-posterior sway range (x) and medial-lateral sway range (y) at 10s, 20s, 30s, and total time. Specific comparisons of groups were conducted by ANCOVA test. The present study assumed that α =.05. Results: The results found to shooter achieve significant differences in X10、X20、X total and XY10. Conclusion: According, the results demonstrate that the female's shooter to receive sound stimulation on the balance ability is better than the general female. In addition, research is needed to reveal the training protocol with different stimulation for its practical application.
