本研究之目的:(一)探討有無小學訓練經驗者在運動自我效能、運動動機及運動行爲之差異;(二)探討運動自我效能對運動動機及運動行爲之預測。本研究之受試對象爲參加2005年大專運動會之乙組桌球選手330人,平均年齡爲21.33±3.56歲。所有受試者均填寫運動自我效能量表、運動動機量表、滿足感量表、退出意圖量表及運動行爲調查表。統計方法爲獨立樣本t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關與多元同時迴歸。研究結果顯示:有無小學訓練經驗者在運動自我效能與運動行爲有顯著差異存在。有小學訓練經驗者之運動自我效能可以正向預測運動動機與滿足感,並負向預測退出意圖;運動動機與滿足感均可負向預測退出意圖。經由徑路分析圖可知自我效能除可直接影響退出意圖外,亦可間接透過運動動機與滿足感影響退出意圖。
The current study investigated 1) the effect of training experience on self-efficacy, motivation, and behavior towards sports activity; 2) prediction using self-efficacy towards motivation and behavior towards sports activity. There were 330 table tennis athletes in 1996 National Athletic Competition participated this study. All participants self-efficacy scale, sport motivation scale, satisfaction scale, dropout intention scale, and sports behavior scale were recorded. Mean differences were compared by student t test. Correlation and multiple regressions were also determined for the pool sample. The result shows that the significant correlation between self-efficacy and sports behavior was dependent on their previous training on sports skill. For the individuals with training experience, sports satisfaction and motivation could be predicted by self-efficacy. Path analysis reveals that self-efficacy could influence withdraw intent, mediated by motivation and satisfaction.
