摘要

目的：旨在探討我國男子手球亞運國家代表隊不同射門動作球速技術之分析。研究對象為2014年男子手球亞運國家代表隊選手16名。方法：以7公尺罰球射門、交叉步射門、9公尺跳躍射門及9公尺封阻跳躍射門球速表現，測量所得之數據以描述性統計分析，並以SPSS for Windows 12.0統計軟體進行資料處理與分析。結果：發現在各項球速表現上，7公尺罰球球速平均為87.94 ± 4.17 km/hr、交叉步射門球速平均為93.13 ±5.16 km/hr、9公尺跳躍射門球速平均為86.50 ± 4.02 km/hr、9公尺封阻跳躍射門球速平均為83.19 ± 4.52 km/hr。結論：從本研究敘述中得知跳躍射門是最為普遍的攻擊模式，期望研究數據能對手球教練及選手做為重要之參考依據。

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analysis on the various shooting skills and shooting speed at Nation's men's handball team. Methods: The subjects for the study were 16 Nation's men's handball players. The professional skills were analyzed by SPSS for Windows 12.0 descriptive statistics including 7-meter throw, crossover-step shot, 9 m jump-shot and blocked shot of jump-shot. Result: The results showed that the professional skills of 7-meter throw were 87.94 ± 4.17 km/hr, the crossover-step shot were 93.13 ± 5.16 km/hr, the 9 m jump-shot were 86.50 ± 4.02 km/hr and the shooting speed of blocked shot were 83.19 ± 4.52 km/hr. Conclusions: The results showed that the common offensive shooting skills is jump-shot, on the other hand, it is also an important reference to the handball coaches and players.
