精神衛生護理師實務能力展現考試之評價

Evaluation of the Clinical Performance Examination for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurses

摘要


護理界推行實務能力展現考試之風氣正積極起步中,但是有關實務能力展現考試信效度之研究並不普遍。本研究經由專家評價、受試者意見調查與考試結果分析等方法,分析精神衛生護理師實務能力展現考試之代表性、採樣性、可接受性、公正性、客觀性與區辨力,以評價實務能力展現考試之信效度。十位學業界專家對精神衛生護理師實務能力展現考試之考題與考試方式有高度之認同。另112位參與考試之精神衛生護理人員對實務能力展現考試方式與試題內容之公正性、客觀性及區辨力等有中高程度之認同。對於實務能力展現考試之標準病人、考試時間、考試情境安排之妥適性亦有中高程度之認同。以上結果顯示精神衛生護理師實務能力展現考試能有效與可靠的考核精神衛生護理人員之專業實務能力。

Nursing clinical performance examinations have become a central professional and corporate issue. The purpose of this study was, by means of evaluation by experts, opinions of psychiatric nurses, and the results of the examinations, to explore the objectivity, acceptability, comparability and fairness of the Basic Psychiatric Nurses' Clinical Performance Examination. The 10 experts were highly knowledgeable about the form and content of the examination. Structured questionnaires were used to collect data from the 112 psychiatric nurses. These 112 psychiatric nurses, who participated in the examinations, had intermediate and high degrees of knowledge about the form and content of the examination. The results of this study support that the objectivity, comparability, acceptability, and fairness of the psychiatric clinical examinations can be effectively demonstrated and foster an evidence-based performance examination approach to psychiatric nursing professional.
