台灣司法精神護理的展望

司法精神醫學對於精神病患和社區民眾的權益保障，以及社會安全的角色，愈來愈顯得重要。全台首間司法精神病房於2023年3月開設，未來希望擴展至4至6間，並擬於2024年創建司法精神醫院與開始營運。台灣司法精神醫學會（TAPL）、台灣司法心理學會（TFPA）、臺灣司法社工學會（TFSWS）等專業團體陸續成立，然而臺灣司法精神護理的進展相形落後。本文從台灣司法精神醫療照護的發展開始介紹，討論國內外新興司法護理專業與學術研究的進展，以及提點出司法精神護理進行服務工作時，待克服的挑戰與準備。希冀此篇文章可以召喚產官學界及國人對司法精神護理的重視與努力，向前邁進新的里程碑。

The role of forensic psychiatry in safeguarding the rights of individuals with psychiatric disorders and in ensuring societal security is attracting increasing attention. Taiwan's first forensic psychiatric ward was established on March 2023, and it plans to open another 4-6 wards across Taiwan and a forensic psychiatric hospital in 2024. The Taiwan Academy of Psychiatry and the Law, Taiwan Forensic Psychology Association, and Taiwan Forensic Social Work Society highlights the progress of forensic psychiatric nursing in Taiwan. This article introduces readers to the development of forensic psychiatric care in Taiwan, discussing advancements in the new professional domains and academic researches of forensic nursing and forensic psychiatric nursing domestically and internationally, and pointing out the challenges and preparations required when providing forensic psychiatric nursing services. It aims to raise awareness and consensus, uniting efforts of government, academia, and the public to reach new milestones in the field of forensic psychiatric nursing.
