質性系統性文獻回顧研究法

質性系統文獻回顧的研究法乃基於描述現象學的觀點，將研究發現進行聚集及萃取的研究方法。此研究方法期望能對生活經驗的現象；接受介入措施的經驗、與機轉，提供更完整的瞭解。且強調系統文獻的結果需應用於臨床，例如：發展臨床指引，或提供個案互為主體的關懷態度。本文將簡介質性研究方法；質性系統文獻回顧的本體論與定義；質性系統文獻回顧的研究設計；質性文獻的評析方式；質性系統文獻回顧的分析步驟；及其研究結果於臨床的應用。

This article introduces qualitative research methods, the ontology and definition of qualitative systematic review method, qualitative research design, appraisal method, data analysis and synthesis, and clinical implementation of the findings of qualitative systematic review. Qualitative systematic review method is based on phenomenological perspective to aggregate the findings of research findings. The purpose of this method is to get holistic understanding of the phenomenon of a lived experience, the nature of an experience of receiving caring or healing intervention, as well as its mechanism. The finding of qualitative systematic review may apply to clinical implementations, developing clinical guidelines and providing intersubjective (I would suggest to remove the word ＂intersubjective＂) caring attitude to meet clients' needs.
