健康體適能教學對臺大男生體適能之影響

The Effect of Health Related Physical Fitness Teaching on Colleger Men's Physical Fitness of N. T. U

摘要


The primary purpose of this study was to understand the effect of health related physical fitness teaching on colleger men's physical fitness. The subjects of this study were 30 colleger men from N.T.U, in which 26 subjects were effective. The ages of the subjects were 19.47±1.8, height 170.81±5.97 cm, Weight 65.46±9.34 kg. Correlated samples were designed and adopted in this research. Tests of quiet heartbeat, blood pressure, height, weight, standing trunk forward flexion, one-minute flexed leg sit up, broad jump differential, and step test were given before and after ten-week health related physical fitness teaching to the same subjects. Data obtained was tested by t-test, which showed that there were no significant differences (p>.05) in body composition, flexibility, and power before and after the teaching. Instead, the differences of quiet heartbeat (p<.0.5). blood pressure (systolic pressure p<.001, diastolic pressure p<.01), sit up (p<.001) and step test were significant. The differences were as follow: Quiet heartbeat declined from 84.00±13.58 to 79.85±13.16; systolic pressure declined from 129.08±15.05 to 12027±10.3; diastolic pressure declined from 71.19 ±15.05 to 65.04±19.10; sit up progressed from 33.27±6.3 to 36.31±5.98; step test index improd from 48.59±5.42 to 51.11±6.44 after the teaching. The results showed that health related physical fitness teaching courses developed by the study can not only effectively lowered the body quiet heartbeat and blood pressure, but upgraded the muscular fitness of health related physical fitness(one-minute flexed leg sit up) and the aerobic fitness (step test).
