摘要

本研究目的分爲兩個部分：一爲發掘南投縣文化景觀發展潛力之要素；二爲探討南投縣區域內文化景觀的永續性與未來活化發展之方向。本研究方法爲文獻整理法與定量分析。透過研究分析可發現，在探討南投縣區域內文化景觀的永續發展上，建議未來應加強遊客服務中心與解說標誌的設置，其次是公共廁所及指示路牌的建置。而南投縣未來區域活化之方向，則建議優先考慮歷史要件文化景觀的發展，並利用經營模式（內部組織的管理）結合管理制度（法令典章的應用），再配合產銷制度較理想。

This research divides into two parts. One is to discover the main factors on developing potential of the cultural landscapes. The other purpose is to investigate the sustainability of the cultural landscapes in Nantou and also map out a future development orientation towards local revitalization. Literature search and quantity analysis are adopted in this research. Through the research analysis on investigating the sustainability of the cultural landscapes, Nantou can put emphasis on intensifying information center for tourists and setting up illustration signs, as well as erecting lavatories and guideposts. As for the development orientation towards local revitalization of Nantou County, first priority is suggested to put on cultural landscapes development related to historical events. Additionally, with the usage of business model (internal management) and management system (application of law and regulation) along with trading system is supposed to work out.
