Psychological contract is an employee's belief about the mutual obligations, and the relationship between the employee and his/her organization. Therefore, the employee's belief and loyalty become more important to maintain the balance of relationship between the employee and the organization. To examine how the relationships among leader-member exchange, psychological contract and organization commitment. Data from a survey of 311 data from airline gourd staffs of flag-carrier in Taiwan, this study conducting SEM to test the associations hypothesized in the research model. The results showed that psychological contract partially mediated between leader-member exchange and organizational commitment. Implications for theory and practice are discussed, and future research directions also offered.
