新手諮商師移情愛治療經驗之個案研究

The Case Study on a Novice Counselor's Treatment Experience of Transference Love

摘要

本研究採現象學方法進行研究，探討新手諮商師面對案主移情愛的治療經驗。研究採深度訪談法，訪談一位女性實習諮商心理師面對移情愛案主的治療經驗，訪談後建構經驗文本並進行諮商歷程分析。研究發現新手諮商師面對移情愛案主的治療經驗可以整理成「專業工作」與「移情覺察」兩個部分，其中專業工作包括了會談技術的運用以及介入轉換與省思；移情覺察包含了移情愛覺察與反移情覺察兩個部分，專業工作與移情的覺察兩個部分互相影響。進一步與文獻對話討論發現：一、治療情境和諮商師的特質引發案主的移情愛。二、案主的移情愛客體融合了重要他人和諮商師的形象。三、在移情愛的過程中案主轉換著他的內在客體關係。四、新手諮商師的反移情覺察幫助她覺察到案主的移情愛。五、移情愛的治療經驗讓新手諮商師對移情工作有了新的省思。研究並針對移情愛的心理治療提出對於實務與後續研究的相關建議。
