應用感性工學於產品造形特徵與意象認知之關聯性研究

A Study on the Relationship between Product Form and Image Perception for Personal Digital Assistant

摘要


隨著時代的進步,以消費者為導向觀念受到重視,而造形吸引力成為是驅動消費者對產品喜愛與後續購買行為的重要觸媒。產品外形不僅在傳達產品意象與使用者之間扮演著重要的角色,也是產品設計師在設計流程中不可或缺的重要元素。因此,本研究以PDA為例,透過感性工學了解消費者意象認知與產品造形之關聯性。研究首先進行形容詞語彙與設計要素的挑選,包含收集感性語彙與圖片樣本、挑選設計型態特徵等;其次為意象與設計要素之結合,如感性意象調查、意象語彙與設計要素之關聯性分析。同時藉由問卷調查與統計分析獲得語彙及樣本圖片,再利用數量化Ⅰ類方法分析,將消費者對PDA造形的感性認知轉為數量化,得到意象語彙與PDA造形之間的對應關係結果,並使用「均方根誤差」進行模式驗證,以獲得更準確的推論。研究顯示,意象語彙與產品形態建立,可降低產品間意象的模糊度及協助設計師了解市場實際狀況。而以量化方式描述PDA之意象語彙與造形之關係,可得知消費者對產品意象及產品認同之觀感,進而提供設計師於PDA造形設計上之參考。

Following in the footsteps of society, and the transformation of the trends in consumption, it brings people unfathomable space for imagination concerning the future of the products. Form attractiveness plays a key role in determining consumer preference for a particular product. Form of a product not only plays an important role in transferring the image that consumer feels from it, but also an essential element that Industrial Designers concerned about. With the design of PDA as an example, the project intends to examine the consumers' perception concerning the product image, and their association with the features of the products' form. This research conducted an analysis of the relationship between PDA forms and aesthetic perceptions by Kansei Engineering Method. The first stage includes choosing the perceptual vocabularies, collecting sample pictures, establishing perception space, and selecting important design factors by factor analysis method; the second stage includes the questionnaire investigation using the combination of images and designing factors, and the multiple regression analysis of the relationship between aesthetic perceptions and design factors. The research results show that the image vocabulary and product form establishment, may reduce between the image ambiguities and assists the designer to understand the market actual state. Describes image vocabulary and the form relations of the PDA by the quantification analysis, may know the consumer to the product image and the product approval impression, then provides the designer in the PDA form design the reference.
