摘要

近年來臺灣高齡人口逐漸提升，然而有眾多長者患有脊椎病症、中風、下肢殘疾等病痛，針對這些病患相應的預防性輔具－束腰帶產品，皆未能完全發揮其功用，且針對環境與人因需求、實用性及便利性去做相關的整合設計更是少之又少。因此，本研究首先透過問卷調查建構出使用者需求，並使用層級分析法進行權重值計算，以作為束腰帶設計要素的考量。研究結果顯示，在使用者需求項目中，前三項及權重值依次為易於調整、安全性、穿脫方便，為使用者挑選束腰帶最重視的要素。此產品企劃建立有助於產業與設計者擷取使用者訊息，開發符合顧客需求之產品及服務，以提升束腰帶設計業競爭優勢，並且能夠提供使用者作為挑選束腰帶時有所參考之依據。

As Taiwan is becoming an aging society, many older people suffer from diseases like vertebral problems, stroke. However, the function of preventive disabled equipment: medical girdle products for the patients are never fully utilized, and there is only few integrated design being done. Therefore, this research calculates the weights of the user needs from the survey as its design consideration using AHP. The result shows that the 3 most important design considerations are easy adjustment, safety, and convenience of wearing medical girdles. This project provides companies and designers better access to user information for better product development and service. It is expected to increase girdle-design competitiveness and provide helpful references to consumers.
