摘要

本文目的在檢討、評估台灣原住民族｢政治｣發展政策及其成效，俾作為政策改進的參考。在研究方法上，本文包括質性與量性兩方面的資料，結合問卷調查、文獻分析及深度訪問法進行資料蒐集。本研究的重點及主題探討包含何謂原住民族政治發展，其內涵與目標為何？主管部門為達成原住民族政治發展，曾規劃、推動哪些措施和機制？行政院原民會成立至今，原住民族政治發展政策的成效如何？根據政策成效及問題現況，今後我們應有何種努力？

This paper evaluates and discusses Indigenous Peoples policy development and impact in Taiwan. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods are used in this research for the purpose of explores Indigenous peoples' political development and progress, policy making process, mechanism, implementation, accomplishment, and problems. Finally, based on the research findings, the author provides recommendations for policy decision making in the future.
