矩形螺槳之動態非線性研究

Nonlinear Dynamic Response of Rectangular Propeller

摘要


螺槳結構已被廣汎地被運用於航空、船舶、車輛及能源技術上,為發展載具與能源科技的重要研究領域。本文利用非線性有限元素結構分析程式ABAQUS,建立矩形螺槳葉片之動態非線性的分析程序,探討螺槳於旋轉過程中,在螺槳軸與葉片接合處的反作用力、反作用力矩、相對線位移、相對角位移、葉片的von Mises等效應力、材料性質對於接合元素反作用力之影響,期盼此以研究結果提供船艦之機械設計與分析之參考。

Propeller shaft and blade structure is widely used in aviation, ships, vehicles and energy technologies. It is an important research area for the development of the vehicle and Energy Technology. In order to explore the reaction force, reaction moment, relative displacement of connector, relative angular displacement of connector, von Mises stress of propeller blades and the effect of material properties to reaction force. This study will utilize the nonlinear finite element code ABAQUS to establish the nonlinear dynamic analysis procedure of rotating rectangular propeller. Then, the study results could be the reference for ship structure designer.
