A Study on the Relationship between Leisure Motivation and Leisure Involvement in Slow Pitch Amateur Players: The Northern Region of a Coalition Game in Taiwan as Example

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解壘球活動者休閒動機與休閒涉入關係，並探討其休閒動機對休閒涉入的影響。母群體為某聯盟賽參與者共800名，隨機選取560位接受問卷評量，以532位完成者為研究對象，運用皮爾遜積差相關分析、多元逐步迴歸分析進行資料處理。結果發現休閒動機構面與休閒涉入構面存在顯著的相關，內在動機、認同規範、投入規範可正向預測吸引力、中心性、自我表現；外在動機、無動機可負向預測吸引力、中心性、自我表現。結論指出自我決定會調節活動涉入感受，程度愈高知覺活動價值愈高，相對則愈低，建議參與者應以高自我決定動機引導相關行為的發生。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leisure motivation and leisure involvement in slow pitch amateur players, and to examine the influence of leisure motivation on leisure involvement. The population was 800 softball league tournament players, and 560 were recruited in randomly selected assessment to 532 completed by the participants. All of the collected data has been analyzed by using Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results indicated that the relationship between leisure motivation and leisure involvement in all dimensions was significantly correlated, and the intrinsic motivation, identified regulation, and introjected regulation can positively predict attraction, centrality, and self-expression. The external regulation and motivation can negatively predict those. The concluded that the self- determination will regulate feelings of participation involvement, the higher the activities of its higher perceived value, is relatively lower. The recommend that the participants should be using high self-determined motivation to guide decision related behavior patterns.
