探索社區服務學習行動計畫:以《公民治理》教學爲例

摘要


積極公民和有效公民等名詞的出現,它們指向期望新一代青年是有參與、有行動,以及有實踐的公民,這些公民理念通常是各大學通識教育的一般目標。服務學習是關於公民理念的認識和服務社會的義務和責任,強調公民的知識與行動結合。本課程圍繞「探索社區~服務學習行動計畫」主題,在教學設計上重視課程與社區結合,教學主要內容包括強化治理知識(認知)、發展社區關懷(情意)與服務學習行動(能力)等成為課程的實踐框架。換言之,我們教學設計是以學生真實生活中的社區議題為中心,並以社區作為服務學習的場域,讓他們把課堂所學的知識與社區生活經驗加以印證,建構他們對學習社區治理與服務社區的知識、態度與行動。

The emergence of terms such as active citizenship and effective citizens, they point to a new generation of young people are expected to participate, there is action, as well as practice, citizens, these citizens are often the idea of the general goals of General Education. Service Learning is the concept of civic awareness and community service obligations and responsibilities, stressed the combination of knowledge and action of citizens. This course will focus on ”Exploring Community~Service Learning Action Plan” theme in the teaching and curriculum design, combined with the community, teaching contents include strengthening the management of knowledge (cognitive), the development of community care (affective) and the service learning action (ability), etc. a practical framework for curriculum. In other words, instructional design is based on real life student-centered community issues, and community service learning as a field, so they learned to the classroom and the community as evidenced by life experiences, building their community governance and service learning community knowledge, attitudes and actions.
