以情境式教學提升護生性別平等認知之研究

An Research on Situational Teaching Improving Nursing Students' Awareness of Gender Equality

摘要


本研究目的在瞭解護生對性別平等認知的現況,並探究情境式教學對性別平等認知的影響。第一階段採分層隨機抽樣方式,專科學校護理科學生為研究對象,以「學生對性別教育之認知與性侵害或性騷擾防範能力」問卷收集資料,共收集365 份有效問卷。研究結果顯示護生性別平等認知明顯不足,尤其不知道學校設置「性別平等教育委員會」及專責窗口、處置流程的比例高達65%;但參與過性別平等相關課程的護生大多數(占76%)自認為能從中獲得正確的認知與訊息,並期待參與更多的相關課程與活動(占79%)。第二階段透過行動劇角色扮演、性別平等體驗活動、各科融入情境式教學、護生實習前說明會及性別意識影展等情境式教學,護理科3年級全體學生343人經兩學期施測「性別平等知識及因應能力評量表」進行前後測,平均得分由87.81分提升為91.33分,顯示情境式教學對護生性別平等之認知有正向影響。

The purpose of this study is to understand nursing students' awareness of gender equality, and explore the situational teaching on the impact of gender equality awareness. The first phase took stratified random sampling approach, and college nursing students as the research objects, for the use of ” the students' awareness of gender equality and sexual abuse or sexual harassment prevention capacity ” questionnaire to collect information. A total of 365 valid questionnaires were collected. The results showed that nursing students are obviously insufficient for the awareness of gender equality, and the nursing students particularly the percentage of students who do not know the school ”Gender Equality Board of Education”, the processing units, and the disposal process is up to 65%; but who participated in the courses of gender equality (76 %) obtained a correct perception and the message, and looked forward to participating in more relevant courses and activities (79%). The second phase took action drama through role-playing, gender equality experience activities, the teaching curriculum, nursing students seminars prior to practice and gender awareness film festivals, into situational teaching. All 343 third grade nursing students were tested for two semester on ”knowledge corresponds to the capacity of gender equality rating scale ”, and the score raise from 87.81 to 91.33. It shows that situational teaching has a positive impact on nursing students' awareness of gender equality.
