GPS衛星測量應用於地籍圖重測之控制測量

The Application of GPS on the Control Surveying of Cadastral Resurvey

摘要


控制測量爲一切測量之基礎,本局辦理八十三年度地籍圖重測業務,因爲部份測區附近已知控制點遺失、地形、地物改變致通視不良或受天候等影響,以致傳統地面控制測量施測不易,故引進GPS衛星測量方法施測精密導線測量,以確保地籍圖重測之控制測量品質。由於各重測區點位分佈特性不同,乃分爲下列三種方式:1.全部精密導線點均採用GPS衛星測量。2.部份精密導線點採用GPS衛星測量。3.將GPS衛星測量所得之基線向量改算爲角度、水平距。GPS衛星測量應用於地籍圖重測之控制測量,其所得成果均符合地籍測量實施規則之規定,且更節省時間以及人力,值得推廣。

The control surveying is the base of following detailled surveys. During 1993 Land Survey Bureau intrddced GPS satellite surveying to establish control densification for several Cadastral Resurvey projects because conventional terrestrial triangulation and traverse network can't meet the needed speed or acuvracy. Due to the progress of economic development some triangulation points lost, line-of-sight blocked by new skyline of urban area, intervisibility are weather and air pollution dependent. Thus, the operation and productivity of conventional control surveying became issues. Indeed, control networks established with GPS are not bounded by constraints such as station intervisibility and network shape, spacing. Fur-thermore, according to the different characteristics of control point distribution in the area of Resurvey projects we divided the Gps suryeying works into three cases as follows:1. A1l precise Traverse points using GPS satellite survey.2. parts of precise traverse points using GPS satellite survey.3. Reducing GPS baseline vector (DX, DY, DZ) into Azimuth and Horizontal distance (Az, d).The final results not only fulfilled the requirements of Cadastral Survey, but also saved time and labor. It's show GPS surveying is well suited for Cadastral surbeying.
