地籍測量改進方向之探討
The Research for the Improve Direction of Cadastral Survey
摘要
本文主要對地籍測量作業有關技術、流程及法制方面予以探討，分別就控制測量、應用專家系統、整合各項測量成果、建立地政地理資訊系統、建立品管制度、結合重測與土地複丈作業等，提出改進方向之構想，並對現行土地法提出檢討與修正建議，以作為地政機關未來努力之目標，並可提供學者專家研究方向之參考。

This paper weights up the technology, procedure and regulate of cadastral survey. About to take some suggestion on the controling of survey, using of expert system, integrating several survey's result, building land information system, TQM, and combining the procedure of re-surveying jobs. Hope to take some suggestion on current land law and take the land buearu and the scholar some discussing for research to improving survey's result in the future.
