GPS快速靜態測量辦理四等控制測量作業方式與精度分析

GPS Fast Static Surveying for Fourth-Order Control Point Operations and Accuracy Analysis

摘要


GPS快速靜態測量在短距離基線測量時,精度可達15mm+1ppm的精度,惟受限於上級控制點間影響,故目前辦理地籍圖重測四等控制測量作業時,仍要求須以靜態測量,並輔以嚴密時段規劃方式辦理外業測量作業。本研究以土地測量局93年嘉義縣鹿草、澎湖白沙及宜蘭五結重測區為例,比較嚴密時段觀測靜態測量成果與雙主站雙移動站快速靜態成果差異,發現在使用後者作業模式並搭配最小二配置法,所得結果較差均小於3公分,符合四等控制測量作業精度平面30mm+6ppm定位精度,足敷後續圖根測量作業之精度要求,另外每個新設點位均重複觀測二次,大幅增加新設點位可靠度,並可節省作業人力及時間,以因應近年來地籍圖重測土地測量業務人員減少之不便。

For short baseline surveying works, the precision of GPS fast static surveying has been realized approaching to 15mm+1ppm. Owing to the latent unknown deformation probably existed in the upper order control points network, the static survey method with strict session planning is still adopted during the operation of the 4(superscript th) order control survey for cadastral re-survey work. In this study, Chia-I, Peng-Hu, and I-Lan cadastral resurvey areas are test sites. Data of static survey with of using fast static surveying with double base strict session planning were compared with those of fast static surveying. The results stations, double rovers and least squares collocation mode were smaller than 3cm compared with those of the strict session planning mode. It fits with the rule of the 4(superscript th) order control survey, the horizontalprecision 30mm+6ppm. Besides, the newly setup 4(superscript th) order control points were observed twice, this has largely upgraded the reliability, saved the time and manpower to be responsive to the inconvenience of decreasing operators at cadastral resurvey activities.
