肌肉效能概念在不同健身機台下肢施力分析之應用

THE Application of Muscle Efficacy Concept Analysis in the Lower Extremity on Different Type Fitness Machine

摘要


本研究嘗試使用肌肉效能的量化分析方式來分析人體使用不同健身機台時,下肢施力的情形。在實驗中,19位健康的大學生,於三種不同動作特性的機台進行測試,三軸張力計放置於機台上收集踩踏時反作用力的訊號,以及收集下肢肌電訊號,並計算為肌肉效能作以為比較的依據。結果發現:1.在股直肌方面,使用橢圓機之肌肉效能(0.0713±0.0465)顯著大於踏步機(0.0479±0.0253);使用橢圓機之肌肉效能(0.0713±0.0465)也顯著大於滑步機(0.0389±0.0192)。2.在股二頭肌方面,使用滑步機之肌肉效能(0.0198±0.0109)顯著大於踏步機(0.0139±0.0112)。由結果可發現,橢圓機的股直肌使用程度相較於踏步機與滑步機明顯;而滑步機的股二頭肌的使用程度則是比踏步機明顯。因此肌肉效能的觀念或許能提供不同健身機台在肌肉使用量的評估方法。

Purpose: This study attempts to quantify muscle efficacy analysis to analyze lower limb force situation when human use different fitness machine. Methods: 19 healthy college students, test in three different motion characteristics of the machine, triaxial tension meter loadcell placed on the pedal of machine to collect the reaction force, as well as the collection of lower limb EMG signals, and calculated as muscle efficacy as the basis for comparison. Results: In the rectus femoris, elliptical machines (0.0713 ± 0.0465) was significantly greater than Stepper (0.0479 ± 0.0253), and significantly greater than the air-walker (0.0389 ± 0.0192);and in the biceps femoris, Air-walker (0.0198 ± 0.0109) was significantly greater than the stepper (0.0139 ± 0.0112). Conciusion: This study concluded that the extent of muscle-used of the rectus femoris during the elliptical machine was more obvious compared to stepper and air-walker; In addition, the extent of muscle-used of biceps femoris that air-walker is more obvious than stepper, the concept of Muscle efficacy might be able to provide a method to asses the extent of muscle-used during different training machine.
