探討參與毒品危害講習課程者於學習心理狀態之激勵因素中介效果—以高雄市政府毒品防制局為例

Exploring the Mediating Effect of Motivation Factors in Learning the Psychological State of Drug Abuse Training Course Attendees: Using the Department of Substance Abuse Control and Prevention at Kaohsiung City Government as an Example

摘要


本研究主要藉由官方統計資料以及毒品危害防制條例新修訂之內容分析,對接受毒品危害講習課程之受講習學員施以問卷調查,蒐集其於接受毒品危害講習課程後學習心理狀態之量化資料,收集學員於接受毒品危害講習之學習心理狀態資料,加以分析、評估與比較接受毒品危害講習課程之學習心理狀態之中介效果與關聯影響。本研究重要結果有:(一)激勵因素對參加講習課程學員之學習態度、學習動機、學習成效具有中介效果,此結果更顯毒品防制局所扮演激勵因子之角色。(二)參加講習課程學員在工作時數、婚姻狀況及壓力來源之學習成果有顯著差異,此結果更顯辦理講習課程應考慮分級與分組以減少怠金之裁處並增進實質學習效益。

This research primarily conducted content analysis of official statistics and the new amendments to the Drug Abuse and Prevention Regulations. A questionnaire survey was also conducted on trainees receiving drug abuse training courses to collect quantitative data on their psychological state of learning after taking training courses and analyzes, evaluates, and compares the mediating effects and related effects of the psychological state of learning in trainees receiving drug abuse training courses. The important results of this study are: (1) motivation factors have a mediating effect on the learning attitudes, learning motivation, and learning outcomes of trainees in the course. This result emphasizes the role of motivators that the Substance Control Agency plays. (2) There are significant differences in the learning results of the trainees of the training courses in terms of working hours, marital status, and sources of stress. This result further shows that when opening training courses, grading and grouping should be considered to reduce the enforcement of penalties and enhance the actual learning effectiveness.
