摘要

山崩、地滑、土石流等，原係自然界常見的「地質作用」，然而當這些自然現象涉及人命財產損失時，就轉變成具危害的「地質災害」。坡地社區係位於山坡地上的住宅群，由於開發強度高，對自然環境的衝擊也更大，因此從開發前到開發後，都需要更高強度的管理，才能打造安全及安心的坡地社區。坡地社區的安全不僅與開發前的選址、調查、開發型態、施工良窳有密切關聯，完工後的維護管理更是坡地社區永續經營的關鍵，如能強化維護管理，在居民、政府及專業人員的密切合作下，山坡地仍是適合居住的好地方。

Landslide and debris flow are geological processes, but they will transfer into geological hazards and disasters when they involve with these life and property losses. Hillside residential communities are groups of buildings on hillside, where have high development intensity during the construction process. If it lacks the effective and cautious management for each stage of hillside residential community, it can have significant on the natural environment. To create a safe and reassuring hillside residential community, it is not only closely related to the site choice, investigation and construction quality, but also depended on the long-term maintenance and management. Based on strongly management and the closely cooperation of residents, government and professional staff, hillside residential community will be a good and beautiful places to live.
