摘要

在本篇論文報告中，我們將介紹LED的發展歷程，其中包含其光學效能演進，照明應用之光學利用率，以及光學設計與LED封裝技術；由於近年來LED已廣泛運用於日常生活之中，如何建構優質照明環境格外重要，國際上亦有許多機構已規劃出照明適用的規範與標準，如IESNA（北美照明工程學會）、CIE（國際照明委員會），以及IEC（國際電工委員會）。另外，在人因科技方面，本文將基於光污染規範與眩光評估來討論並提出LED應用於室內照明的可行性。

In this paper, we introduce the development of LED technology, including the improvement of luminaire efficacy, LED optical design, LED package, and optical utilization of light from Luminaires. In recent years, since LED sources are widely used in many lighting environments, LED lighting standardization and regulations from international organizations, such as IESNA (The Illuminating Engineering Society of North America), CIE (International Commission on Illumination), UL (Underwriters Laboratories), and IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission), become much important. The level of human-factor technique and light pollution are also key issues for the use of lighting Luminaires and will be demonstrated in this study.
