影響糖尿病患健康生活品質的因素研究

摘要

本研究以某個案醫院之糖尿病患者為研究對象，利用台灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷，驗證是否參加糖尿病共同照護疾病管理計畫對糖尿病患者生活品質之影響。有效樣本數為391份。研究結果顯示糖尿病患者的生活品質與是否參加糖尿病共同照護疾病管理計畫，在統計上有部分顯著相關。僅根據顯著影響之生理與社會範疇，排除參與計畫3-4年者僅兩位，以敘述性統計進一步分析可知，未參與計畫者，生理與社會範疇品質均為較最低，參與計畫未滿一年者生理範疇品質較高，而參與計畫1~2年者其社會範疇生活品質較高。因此在資源有限的情況下，衛生主管機關或有關單位在研擬糖尿病患者之生活品質改善之方案或預算時，特別是教育訓練的實施應當把握此時效階段，強化衛教以有效提升病患的生活品質。

This research investigated the diabetics' health and quality of life from a case hospital. This study used the Taiwan WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire to verify the impact of participation in the disease common management project (DCMP) on diabetics' quality of life and their degree on life satisfaction. Three hundred and ninety one valid responses were received. The results showed partial support in the relationship between life quality of diabetics and participation in the DCMP. In other words, there is a difference in the life quality between subjects who participated in the DCMP and those who did not. Moreover, the statistics showed significant improvement in diabetics' life quality for those who joined the DCMP for less than two years. However, there is no positive correlation between the length of participating in the DCMP and diabetics' life quality. Therefore, this study suggests the sanitation executive officers and health department authorities to grasp this time period for patient education or training to get the most effective improvement in diabetics' life quality.
