摘要

卵巢輸卵管膿瘍在婦產科是一個少見的疾病。通常治療卵巢輸卵管膿瘍除了給予適當的抗生素之外，必須把兩側輸卵管切除才能治癒。但是，兩側輸卵管切除之後，病人也喪失了自然懷孕的能力。我們提出的病例是一個卵巢輸卵管膿瘍的病人接受過兩側輸卵管切除，但是又自然懷孕的病例。我們在英語的期刊論文之中尋找，尚未找到這樣的病例。所以，我們提出這個病例報告。

A tubo-ovarian abscess is a rare gynecological finding. In addition to providing proper antibiotics, bilateral salpingectomy is usually the procedure of treatment of tubo-ovarian abscess, and it also means losing the ability of spontaneous conception. We report a case of tubo-ovarian abscess following bilateral salpingectomy, in which the patient got spontaneous pregnancy. Based on a MEDLINE search in the English-language literature, there appears to be no reported cases of spontaneous pregnancy. So, we present this case.
