跆拳道比賽時,選手以手、腳相互攻擊,無論是速度或力道都相當快又重,往往在得分與否的認定上產生許多爭議(目前比賽時,是否得分完全依裁判自測及聽覺記分判定)。世界跆拳道聯盟經多次修改競賽規則,已公佈實施比賽時,可使用電子護具,但世界各國尚未研發製作出一套電子護具,通過世界跆拳道聯盟認可。本文提出一個可行的構想,自行研究設計一套電子護具,包括儀器構思、設計原理、構圖、所需器材、製作流程、荷重測試、荷重穩定度校正、裁判認定得分力量、統計方法及各量級得分力量(建立常模)等。本文之設計原理經5位學者專家肯定,值得開發製作,但基於研發經費之因素無法進行實製,本文將提供給中華民國跆拳道協會、體委會及世界跆拳道聯盟參考研發製作。
When Taekwondo contestants compete, they use their hands and feet to attack competitors. The speed and power are so quick and great that there will usually be a lot of controversies in chalking up points. (Currently giving scores depends on judges with their eyes and hearing) After revising competing rules several times, the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) has announced the electronic protecting equipment could be carried in Taekwondo games. But no electronic protecting equipment created or used in the nations is approved by WTF. This study is to contrive how to create an electronic protecting equipment including instrument designing, design basis, drawing graphic, preparing device, portraying flow sheet, testing kicking break load, aligning stability of kicking break load, standardized the scores from judges, statistic method, and regularizing the scores in different weights. The theory of design shown in this study has been approved by two scholars and three experts in Taekwndo. Also, they highly recommend the protecting equipment and regard it as a worthy try to produce. However, it could not actually be produced because of the limit of expense. In order to contrive this protecting equipment, we will make a recommendation to the Chinese Taipei Taekwondo Association, the National Council on Physical Fitness and Sports (NCPFS), and WTF.
