籃球裁判壓力來源之研究
A Study of the Basketball Referees' Stress Sources
摘要
本研究目的分析籃球裁判壓力來源，使用「籃球裁判壓力來源量表」，在建構信度與效度後，以「九十三年大專籃球聯賽」裁判為研究對象，發出150份問卷，回收有效問卷116份，回收率達77%，以描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析資料；另外使用「籃球裁判壓力來源訪談問卷」，對十三位籃球裁判進行深度訪談，內容以質性研究之交叉檢定進行信度考驗，結果發現：「做出錯誤判決」為壓力最大項目，後援會不理性、耽誤正職工作、交通飲食、球賽層級、身體狀況不佳、搶哨等都是裁判感受較大的壓力。年輕、等級較低、年資淺的籃球裁判，在不同壓力來源因素上，高於其他組的裁判。男裁判、教練對女裁判有歧視，認為女裁判體能無法應付激烈球賽。

The purpose of this research was to analyze basketball referees' stress sources. This study used ”basketball referees sources of stress scale” as study instrument. Subjects were the basketball referees who took part in the league match of University Basketball Association in 2004. Total of 150 questionnaires were sampled, incomplete responses deduction, 116 questionnaires firm responded, 77% effective response. Descriptive statistics, one-way MNOVA were adopted for data analysis. This study also used ”basketball referees sources of stress interview questionnaire” as study instrument. Thirteen basketball referees were in-deep interview. We used cross-checking of qualitative research for the reliability test of the data. The results were as follows: ”Making a wrong judgement” was the main stress source. In ”emotional fans”, ”inf1uence day time work”, ”traffic and food”, ”level of game”, ”feel sick”, ”snatch the whist1e” were the main stress sources. Younger, lower rank, less experience referees had significant1y different stress than older, higher rank and experienced referees. Referees recognized that male referees and male coaches had discrimination to female referees, and thought that female referees are unable to handle fierce game.
