大學生正向心理與創造力之相關與差異研究

The Study on the Relationship between Positive Psychology and Creativity for the University Students

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生正向心理與創造力的現況及彼此之間的關係,以問卷調查為研究方法,採立意抽樣抽取台北縣市之大學院校313位大學生為研究對象。研究工具有自編的正向心理量表與陶倫斯創造力測驗成人適用精簡版,主要以T考驗、變異數分析pearson積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析。結果顯示大學生普遍傾向為正向心理,而創造力方面大學生的創造力有高且正面的反應。大學生的正向心理傾向在性別上未達顯著差異,但在學校性質與學院上有顯著的差異。無論是在性別、學校性質或者是不同學院之大學生,在創造力的表現上皆無顯著差異。除了商學院之外,正向心理與創造力的關係,其他變項都顯著的正相關。另外,結果顯示,正向心理對創造力之表現育有預測效度。最後根據研究結果對大學教育、輔導、企業選才及未來研究提出建議。

This study was designed to explore the Current situation and relationship with each other in positive psychology and creativity. A questionnaire survey as a research method, Used purposive sampling methods, extraction Taipei City and County of universities and colleges 313 students as the research object. Research tools are self-compiled positive psychological scale and creativity tests for adult Starter Edition. This study used analysis of variance for statistical data analysis. The results showed that students' positive psychology are more positive, in the creativity, the creativity of college student is pretty good. On gender, the psychological tendency of student not reachs significant difference, however, the nature of college in the school there are significant differences. Whether in sex, school in nature or different colleges, university students on the performance of creativity was no significant difference. In addition to business school, the relationship between positive psychology and creativity and other variables have a significant positive correlation. In addition, the results show that there is predictive validity in positive psychology to creativity. Finally, according to research findings, Researcher for university education, counseling, business before the election and make recommendations for future research.
