結果:顯示二組各項檢測皆後測優於前測,Cohen'd(SMA: 0.31 ~ 1.80, KBA: 0.28 ~ 1.60)。
Purpose: This study investigated the effects of online live step aerobic and kickboxing aerobic courses on physical fitness performance among healthy adults after an 8-week period of detraining. Method: A total of 20 healthy adults who had participated in aerobic group classes were recruited and assigned to two groups: step aerobic (SMA, n = 10) and kickboxing aerobic (KBA, n = 10) groups. The courses were conducted for 8 weeks by a qualified professional instructor through online livestreaming twice a week, with each session lasting 60 min. The study assessed the participants' body composition, physical fitness, functional movement, Y-Balance test (YBT) performance, and multistage treadmill running performance on a before the exercise interventions (pretest), after the interventions (posttest), and after an 8-week period of detraining (retention test); blood samples were collected to measure lactate levels. Results: The posttest results were more favorable than the pretest results in both groups (SMA group: Cohen's d = 0.31-1.80; KBA group: Cohen's d = 0.28-1.60). Except for the 3-min step test results in both groups and the YBT results in the KBA group, all other test results were more favorable in the retention test than in the pretest, indicating that the participants' physical fitness levels decreased after detraining. No statistical difference was observed in the extent of changes between the two groups. Conclusion: Online live step and kickboxing aerobic courses can help improve physical fitness performance, underscoring the importance of regular exercise. These findings serve as valuable reference for professionals in designing online exercise courses.
